Apart of the ratings which are visible by every users, the platform also computes another score that combine different measurements to provide and assign an overall score to each users.

This score is not public and is used internally to classify different users in order to offer the best recommendations and interactions between users. Some of the variables that will influence that score are the number of interactions per day a user has with others, the length of these interactions, the ratings that users provide on these interactions, etc...

The goal of providing an internal score to each users is to maximize the quality of the interactions between users and trying to find the best match possible between someone who needs something and a user that can actually provide it on the platform.
