It is very important for Instantgo to ensure that our users who are providing services are correctly getting paid for their time and expertise. To make sure you get paid for a service for example, simply click on the $ on the chat conversation and request for the payment to be made. Depending on the payment method you use, you will receive a notification when the other user has completed their transaction. You can then click the "payment received" button on the $ window and enable the other user to reach you over the phone, video calls or even schedule time with you. By default those options are turned off and you can select with contact methods you prefer for each particular user at anytime.
