Sometimes when you have registered for the first time on Instantgo and have not accepted to receive notifications, you won't see any notifications in the notification tab.

In order to change that, you need to go on your iPhone settings, click on notifications, find Instantgo and turn the notifications back on.

It is critical for you to shut off the Instantgo app and turn it on again in order for these new settings to take effect.
