On Instantgo, you can easily set the times and days that you are available to answer other users requests during the week. In order to do that, simply visit your settings and click on schedule. 

You will see an "all-day" option. If you turn it off, you will be presented with the different days of the week for which you can add the schedule at which you want to be available on the platform. Users will then be able to see if you are available or when you will be back. Your availability will automatically change on your profile based on the settings you would have set. You can change those parameters at any time.
