If your account has been suspended, please follow the following process to send it for review:
- Describe how you are using Instantgo and why are you using the platform for
- If you use Instantgo for your business needs, give a detailed explanation of your business, your profile, skills and experience and documentation that shows that you are providing similar services outside of the Instantgo platform
- Explain carefully the reasons for the number of reports on your account
- Explain the process you are going to put in place in order to avoid future reports on the platform
- Provide specific documentation to substantiate any additional explanations
