If your account has been suspended, please follow the following process to send it for review:

  • Describe how you are using Instantgo and why are you using the platform forĀ 

  • If you use Instantgo for your business needs, give a detailed explanation of your business, your profile, skills and experience and documentation that shows that you are providing similar services outside of the Instantgo platform

  • Explain carefully the reasons for the number of reports on your account

  • Explain the process you are going to put in place in order to avoid future reports on the platform

  • Provide specific documentation to substantiate any additional explanations

Please send all this information to help@instantgo.com with your username and email that you are using on Instantgo. Documentations that are complete will not be reviewed.
