The ratings on Instantgo are a measure of the perception of other users on the experience they have received or given to someone else on the platform when that person provides them with a paying product and/or service. Ratings are used to grade the experts / users that provide their time, expertise, products and services on the platform. This helps other users get a better understanding of what level of quality of service they should expect from such users before deciding to engage themselves with them by reaching out to them.
On the other side, we also let users that provide services and help on the platform rate each user they have interacted with. This helps future providers get a better understanding of what they can expect when they accept to provide help to a specific user. We want to minimize spam and protect both users on the platform. Ratings are therefore public.

When calling, chatting or communicating with someone on the platform for free, users won't be able to rate each others as we want to ensure that people won't use those free interactions to create fake ratings. Ratings appear only when these interactions are being compensated.
